Pricing and packaging

BreachSpider is priced per location and per environment. There is no fixed or published rate, because scope varies widely across operators. Pricing is set during a scoping conversation based on the number of locations, the asset and version count at each, the environment, and the frameworks in scope. Customers receive a written scope and a fixed quote before any work begins. Billing is per engagement against a signed scope, not metered.

Delivery models

BreachSpider is delivered three ways, all scoped the same:

  • Managed. We run the program as a service.
  • Self service. The operator runs the platform, with our support.
  • MSSP and partner. A partner runs many clients from one multi tenant console, with per client scoping, cited findings, and full white label. Partner pricing is scoped to volume and delivery model.

The assessment

Every model onboards through an assessment, a point in time review delivered at onboarding. Scoped by location and environment size. Passive discovery aligned to NIST SP 800-82, delivered by senior OT assessors.

Program scope bands

The ongoing program scales from a single site to a full portfolio, and each band is available under any delivery model:

  • Single Site. One location.
  • Multi Site. A handful of locations, portfolio view, per site prioritization.
  • Enterprise. A full portfolio, roll up reporting, program level coordination.

All bands include continuous monitoring of exact versions, prioritized alerting with known exploited flags, email alerting, and framework aligned reporting. Reporting cadence and add ons are set during scoping.
